Tasks that you perform to use the Webdash Builder component to create dashboards:
Merge the component. See Merging Components.
Merging the component names the frame panels as Panel_Background_1, Panel_Background_2, Panel_Background_3, and so on. You can verify the Properties of the panel names. Then, you can configure the component, by adding shapes and controls, creating local filters, and building dashboards.
Add shapes to frame prototypes.
Optional: Using Dashboard Studio Options, include the template.
Optional: Import or create sections.
Create local filters. See Creating Local Filters and Using the Webdashbuilder Sample.
Use Build Dashboard in Interactive Reporting Studio to create a dashboard.
Optional: Customize the dashboard using Dashboard Studio.
You can view and configure the merged template or document in Interactive Reporting Studio.
