When you finish the Mining Wizard, or execute a mining task with MaxL, data mining framework begins a session and assigns an ID. From Enterprise View or a custom view, you can see a list of mining sessions that are running in the background. You can also stop any of the running mining sessions.
To see a list of data mining sessions, that is, data mining tasks that are executing:
From Enterprise View or a custom view, expand the Data Mining node for the Essbase Server to which you are connected.
Double-click Mining Sessions, or right-click Mining Sessions and select Display Mining Models.
Click Refresh to update the status of any executing tasks.
To stop a session, select a session and click Stop.
