Testing the Deployment

After completing the SSL deployment, verify that everything works.

  To test your deployment:

  1. Using a browser, access the secure EPM Workspace URL:

    https://OFFLOADER_NAME:SSL_PORT/workspace/index.jsp

    In the URL, replace OFFLOADER_NAME with the server alias that you created on the offloader for external communication (see Adding a Server Alias) and SSL_PORT with the SSL port for external communication. For example, if you used epm.myCompany.com as the server alias and 4443 as the SSL port, your URL is:

    https://epm.myCompany.com:4443/workspace/index.jsp

  2. On the Logon screen, enter a user name and password.

  3. Click Log On.

  4. Verify that you can securely access the deployed EPM System components.
