Use caution when deleting registered target applications. When you delete a registered target application, the target application is removed from the Target Application page and all metadata and data rules associated with the application are removed.
To delete a registered target application:
In the Tasks pane, select Target Application.
The Target Application page is displayed.
Select the target application that you want to remove and then click Delete.
When you delete a target application, the application is marked for deletion and is not available for any metadata or data rule processes including the import format and location creation options. All the existing rules involving the target application will be removed.
Note:
After a target application is deleted and the process has run successfully, you can use the Target Application page to set up the same application and redefine the rules.
