Installing the Open Interface Adapter

  To import the Open Interface scenario using ODI Studio:

1. If ERP Integrator is running on Oracle, define a logical schema AIF_TGT_ORACLE, and associate the ERP Integrator physical schema with this logical schema.

   Note:

   The ERP Integrator physical schema is associated with AIF_TGT and AIF_TGT_ORACLE.

2. From the odi\Adapters directory, import the Model Folder ERPI Target Model.

3. From the odi\Adapters\OpenInterface directory, import the Model Folder and Project for Open Interface Adapter.

  To import the Open Interface Adapter using the ERP Integrator:

1. From odi\Adapters\OpenInterface, copy the Open_Interface_Adapter.xml to a directory under the Application Root directory.

2. Launch ERP Integrator.

3. In the Tasks pane, under Setup, select Source Adapter.

4. From the Source Adapter Summary task bar, select Import.

   The Specify file to import screen is displayed.

  To import a source adapter:

1. In the Tasks pane, under Setup, select Source Adapter.

   The Source Adapter screen is displayed.

2. From the Source Adapter Summary task bar, select Import.

   The Specify file to import screen is displayed.

3. Navigate to the Open_interface_Adapter.xml file to import and click OK.

   The Open File screen is displayed.

4. Save the Open_interface_Adapter.xml file to a directory of your choice.
