Using Mouse Actions to Pivot, Retrieve, and Drill Up and Down

  To retrieve or drill down on data using the mouse button:

1. Select Essbase, and then Options.

2. In Global, select Enable Double-Clicking.

3. Select a data cell to retrieve data or select a member to drill down on.

4. Double-click the primary mouse button to retrieve or drill down.

  To drill up on data using the mouse button:

1. Select Essbase, and then Options.

2. In Global, select Enable Double-Clicking.

3. Select Enable Secondary Button.

4. Select a member to drill up on.

5. Double-click the secondary mouse button to drill up.

  To pivot data using the mouse button:

1. Select Essbase, and then Options.

2. In Global, select Enable Secondary Button.

3. Select the member you want to pivot.

4. Hold down the secondary mouse button and drag the selection to another location.
