Reconnecting to Essbase Studio Server

The connection between Essbase Studio Server and Essbase Studio Console can be lost if the console is idle for more than one hour (or the length of time you specify, as described in Administration).

  To restore the connection between Essbase Studio Server and Essbase Studio Console:

  1. In the Essbase Studio Console, select Tools, and then Reconnect To Server to display the Login dialog box.

    The Server and User fields are read only.

  2. Enter your Password, then click Log In.
