A Gregorian calendar is the standard 12-month calendar starting on January 1 and ending on December 31. Gregorian calendars can include members on year, semester, trimester, quarter, month, week, and day time periods.
To create a Gregorian calendar hierarchy:
Right-click the appropriate folder in the Metadata Navigator and select New, then Calendar Hierarchy to launch the Edit Calendar Hierarchy dialog box.
In Hierarchy Name, enter the name for the Gregorian calendar hierarchy.
In Modeling Parameters, enter the start and end dates of the period that you are modeling, and select a First day of week.
