To get a quick view of properties using tool tips:
Access the Essbase Model Properties dialog box using the procedure in Accessing the Essbase Model Properties Dialog Box.
Expand the model to display the names of the dimensions and members.
Place your cursor over the name of the model or a dimension or member.
A summary of key properties of the dimension or member is displayed.
