Adding Tasks to Schedules

You can add tasks to a schedule if it is Pending or Open. You cannot add tasks to a Closed or Locked schedule.

  To add a task to a schedule:

  1. From the menu, select Manage, then Schedules.

  2. Open a schedule in a view, such as Calendar-Month.

  3. Add tasks.
