Enabling Viewing

EPM Workspace viewing prerequisites:

For PDF, Acrobat Reader must be installed.
For reports in PDF, a PDF writer (Acrobat Distiller, GNU Ghostscript, or AFPL Ghostscript) must be installed with the print server. If a PDF viewer is not available, only report names are listed.

To use Internet Explorer for viewing PDF reports in EPM Workspace:

Open Internet Explorer.
Select Tools, then Internet Options.
In Internet Options, select the General tab, and, in Browsing History, select Settings.
In Settings, Check for newer versions of stored pages, select Every time I visit the webpage.
Click OK twice.
