Editing System-Generated Accounts

When you create an application, system account members are automatically created for the application.

Note:

You can modify only the description, security class, and the decimal location for system account members. All other attributes are predefined and cannot be modified.

  To modify system accounts:

  1. In Metadata Manager, open the file that contains the system-generated account members.

  2. Select the List View tab.

  3. From the list, select a system account, and modify the description, security class, and decimal location as needed.

  4. As desired, repeat step 3 to modify other system account members.

  5. Click Save File.

    Note:

    You must load the updated metadata file into your application for your changes to take effect.
