You can remove reason codes that you no longer need in the list of reason codes for an application.
To remove reason codes:
In the Browser View, expand Tasks and select IC Transaction Tasks.
Select Manage IC Reason Codes.
From the list of reason codes, select the reason code to remove.
Click Remove.
Click Yes to remove the reason code.
