The HFMwUtilities type library has been added. This library contains the following components:
HFMwStringUtility, which is described in HFMwStringUtility Component.
HFMwFileReader, which is described in HFMwFileReader Component.
HFMwEncodedFileWriter, which is described in HFMwEncodedFileWriter Component.
