You create and provision user and group accounts in Shared Services. Any domains or custom security roles that you create to specify the Performance Scorecard data that users can access are automatically available in Shared Services.
Perform these tasks based on your setup and previous use of Shared Services:
If you upgraded to this release and did not previously provision accounts in Oracle's Hyperion® Foundation Servicesperform a one-time migration. See Migrating Existing Accounts.

Perform a bulk synchronization between users and groups provisioned with Performance Scorecard roles in Shared Services against accounts provisioned in Performance Scorecard. See Bulk Synchronizing Accounts.
List the users that you must create and provision in Shared Services to accommodate new employees created in Performance Scorecard. See Identifying Required Shared Services Accounts.
