Check-in rules require a user to perform actions when they check in entities.
To set entity check-in rules:
In Administrator, select Entities.
Select Edit and then Check In Rule.
Select the rules:
Require comments at check-in
Forces users to enter comments explaining the state of the entity before the server allows check-in.
Click Close.
