Building Accounts into Formulas

  To enter accounts:

1. Access Formula Builder.

   See Using Formula Builder.

2. Select Account.

3. In Formulas, place the cursor.

4. Enter accounts:

   • To search accounts by group, in the Filter text box, select an account group.

   • To search accounts by match:

     1. Select a Match Type option:

        • Contains—Displays accounts with a match in the name.

        • Starts with—Displays account names beginning with the match.

     2. In the Match text box, enter text.

5. To select an account, double-click an account name.

6. Click OK.
