Copying Account Groups

  To copy account groups:

  1. Open an ECM document.

    See Accessing Entity Change Management (ECM) Documents.

  2. Select Account Groups.

  3. Select Edit, then Add Account Group Change, then Copy Account Group.

  4. Under Available Account Groups, select a group.

    For selecting multiple groups:

    • Press Shift to select a range.

    • Press Ctrl to select multiple, nonconsecutive items.

  5. Click Add.

    Note:

    If you add a group that does not belong, select it under Selected Account Groups and click Remove.

  6. In Selected Account Groups, select a group.

  7. Optional: Select Overwrite if already exists in Target Entity to overwrite account groups of the same name in the target entities.

  8. Optional: Select a Place New Account Groups option to determine where the group displays in the account group list.

    • At the Top

      Copies account group at the beginning of the list.

    • Below this Account Group

      If you select this option, select a group from the drop-down list for the new group to follow.

    • At the bottom

      Places the copied group at the end of the list.

  9. Click OK.
