Selecting Essbase Time Periods

  To assign time periods:

1. Select Time.

2. Map time periods:

   1. In From:, select a source time period.

   2. In To:, select a target time period.

   3. Click Add to map the To and From time periods.

      Note:

      To delete a mapping, select a mapping in the mapped time periods table at the bottom of the dialog, and click Remove.

3. In Other Analytic Services Dimensions, map dimensional accounts.

4. Click OK.

5. In Save Map As, enter a name for the map file, and click Save.

   Names can be up to eight characters, plus one of these extensions:

   • Export maps—*.mps

   • Import maps—*.mpr
