Adding Entities

  To add entities:

1. Under Name, select an entity.

2. Optional: To set display options for Names use Server Filter to perform one of these actions:

   • Select Show As Tree.

     • Selected—default

       Tree mode is recommended, because it reduces list generation time by listing top-level entities and allowing you to expand as needed.

     • Deselected—Shows entities without tree relationships.

   • In Entity Group Filter, enter entity groups to list only entities in those groups.

     For multiple items, use semicolons between names.

   • Optional: In Entity Filter, enter words or phrases to filter out entities by words or phrases.

     Select Starts With or Contains to determine where in the name the word or phrase occurs.

     For multiple items, use semicolons between names.

   • Click Refresh to search.

   • Optional: Click Save as Default to store the filter criteria.

     The criteria are activated whenever you access this dialog box.

3. To specify the files listed, select an option in Type:

   • All (Entities & Templates)

   • Entities

   • Templates

4. Click OK.
