Viewing Target Entities

  To view target entities:

1. Open an ECM document.

   See Accessing Entity Change Management (ECM) Documents.

2. Select Target Files.

   Displays target entities belonging to an ECM document. You click column headers to sort the list:

   • Target Category

     The results of clicking Add. Values:

     • Individual Entity

     • Template

     • Entity Group

   • Name

     The name of the individual entity, template, and entity group.

   • Apply to Children

     This column is display-only, and indicates if changes apply to all children. The default is deselected. This option is available only for the Target Category options Individually Selected or Excluded Entity.
