Accessing Reports

  To access a report view, perform an action:

  • Select View, then Reports and the report name.

  • Select a report tab:

    • I/S—The Income Statement reports results during the period.

    • B/S—The Balance Sheet reports the financial condition at the end of a period.

    • FF—The Funds Flow statement compares total sources of funds to total uses of funds.

    • CF—The Cash Flow statement reports separation between operating and non-operating balances.

    • I CF—The Indirect Cash Flow statement reports operating, investing, and financing cash flow in an indirect format.

    • Ratios—The Financial Ratios report shows a company's Profit Performance Ratios, Leverage Ratios, Activity Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Per-Share Data, Valuation Ratios and Custom Ratios.

    • Debt—The Funding Analysis report summarizes and details analysis of capital structure and capital cost accounts.

    • FAS95—The FAS 95 Cash Flow statement is a direct cash flow statement complying with FAS 95 guidelines.

    • Exec—The Executive Summary report summarizes key income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and financial ratio accounts.

    • R/E—The Statement of Retained Earnings report reconciles the period-to-period activity in the Retained Earnings account.

    • SVA—The Cash Flows and Shareholder Value report shows period-by-period discounted cash flow and Residual Value used to compute Corporate Value and Shareholder Value.

    • DDM—The Equity Cash Flows and Shareholder Value report shows the same information as the Cash Flows and Shareholder Value report, but uses the discounted equity cash flow method.

    • EP—The Economic Profit report shows discounted value of economic profit and residual value.

    • Custom 1-5—The Custom reports enable you to design your own reports by inserting or pasting accounts, account notes and text rows and columns.

    • Freestyle Reports enable you to design all report characteristics.

    • Notes—The Notes report displays all account notes in an analysis.

    • OLE—The Linked and Embedded Objects report enables linking or embedding objects such as graphics—see Linking and Embedding Objects.
