Aligning CellData

  To align cell data:

1. Access Format Cells.

   See Formatting Cells.

2. Select Alignment.

3. In Horizontal, select an alignment.

4. In Vertical, select an alignment.

5. Optional: Select Wrap Text if text, after reaching the end of the cell, should start again at the beginning.

   Without this option, text truncates when reaching the end of the cell.

6. Optional: Select Merge Cells to merge cells.

7. Click OK.
