Deactivating User Accounts

You can deactivate user accounts that should not have access to EPM System applications. Account deactivations are, typically, temporary suspensions that the Native Directory administrator intends to reactivate.

Note:

The admin account cannot be deactivated.

  To deactivate user accounts:

  1. Launch Shared Services Console. See Launching Shared Services Console.

  2. Search for Native Directory users to deactivate. See Searching for Users, Groups, Roles, and Delegated Lists.

  3. Right-click the user account and select Deactivate.

  4. Click OK.
