Report parameters for ASK and INPUT commands. Enter the parameters on the command line in the same sequence they are expected by the program—first ASK parameters in order and then INPUT parameters.

File containing program arguments, one argument per line. Arguments are processed one at a time—first ASK arguments in order and then INPUT arguments. For non-Windows platforms, the command-line arguments program, connectivity, and args can be specified in this file.

  • Data_Source_Name—ODBC driver name.

  • Username—User name for the database.

  • Password—Password for the database.

Note: This port has been certified against Microsoft SQL Server.

 

Oracle

  • Database—(Optional) Database connection string (for example, @sales.2cme.com).

  • Username—Username for the database.

  • Password—Password for the database.

 

Sybase

  • Username—User name for the database.

  • Password—Password for the database.

 

Teradata

  • tdpid—Teradata tdp name.

  • username—User name for the database.

  • password—Password for the database.
