LoadAll

LoadAll is an Production Reporting program used to load Production Reporting sample data into a database.

*  To run the LoadAll program:

  1. From Windows, go to the Program Group that contains Production Reporting.

For example, if you are running Production Reporting for Oracle, you would select Start, then Programs, then Oracle EPM System, then Reporting and Analysis, thenProduction Reporting for Oracle, then LoadAll.

  2. Enter connectivity information in the Production Reporting dialog box that appears; then, click OK to start loading the sample data.

If you get an error that says "Table or view does not exist", set the Local Database to Oracle on the Select Production Reporting page of the Create Data Connection wizard.

If your database becomes corrupted, or you make manual changes to the data, you might need to re-run LoadAll. When you try to re-run the LoadAll program, the following message appears:

Table 'appts' already exists. Do you want to:

    A - Abort

C - Drop and recreate all tables

R - Recreate the table, or

    S - Skip the load?

In general, you should choose C. After you drop and recreate the tables, you should get a log file showing that the data loaded successfully.
