If you have a long Tabular report, you may wish to create a chart as a separate report. This allows you to analyze the chart without having to scroll through several pages of information. You can use the Chart report by itself, or you can use it to accompany your Tabular report.
To create a Chart report:
Select File, then New.
Click the Chart icon in the Create New Report dialog box (see Creating a New Report).
Select the data for the chart on the pages of the Query Builder.

Format the chart in the Chart Wizard.
Optional: Make any changes in the Property Explorer or in the Chart Properties dialog box.
