Cross-tab Properties

PropertyDescription

Row Selector / Column Selector

Columns from which to retrieve data. Rows print down the page and columns print across the page.

Cross-tab Data

Data to be summed up in the report.

Frame Shading

Percent of shading to apply to column headings in the report.

Invert Row/Column

Reverses column and row positions.

Tip:

If there are too many columns across the top of the cross-tab to fit on the page, select a different column in the Column Selector, or change the column width in the column's object properties.

Note:

If you are positioning multiple-cross-tab objects, remember that cross-tab objects require a full-page width in order to print. If you place a cross-tab object any distance from the left margin, some of the data will not appear on the right side of the object. Furthermore, cross-tabs which are placed side-by-side will be automatically moved by SQR Production Reporting Studio so that the object(s) to the right of the first cross-tab are offset below but at the same vertical position as shown in the layout.
