Font | Font name. For the Layout, fonts include those available with the current printer driver and any additional fonts installed in your system. For reports run on other machines and printed on PostScript or HP LaserJet printers, choose a font available on these printers. Courier New and Times New Roman are available on PostScript and HP LaserJet printers. For the Editor, window display, only monospaced fonts (such as Courier) are available.

Font Style | Font style. For the Layout, Bold, Underline, and Italics are available. For the Editor, Regular, Italic, Bold, and Bold Italic are available. Regular indicates a non-italic and non-bold roman style.

Text Color | Color of the text. To define a new color, click Custom Colors at the bottom of the color palette. |
Background Color | Color that prints behind the object selected. To create a custom color, click Custom Colors at the bottom of the color palette. |
Sample | Shows the effects of your font change before you apply it. |
