Labels Preferences

Note:

Changes to the default settings in the Labels tab take effect in the next report created, they do not affect the current report.

Preference	Description
Graphic Layout	Label Size—Label width and height. Enter the size in inches, centimeters, or points, The measurement used depends on the display units defined in View Preferences. Gap between Labels—Blank space between labels. Enter the gap size in inches, centimeters, or points. The measurement used depends on the display units defined in View Preferences. Number of Labels—How many labels to print horizontally and vertically on the page. Print Summary—Prints a summary on the last page of the labels.
Character Layout	Label Size—Label width and height. Enter the width in characters and the height in lines. Gap between Labels—Blank space between labels. The default horizontal and vertical gap is 2 characters. Number of Labels—How many labels to print horizontally and vertically on the page . Print Summary—Prints a summary on the last page of the labels.
