The Report Parameter Presets dialog box displays the report parameters you defined when you created your report query.
Specify whether you want to display a prompt for each report parameter when you preview the report.
If you disable the prompts, click Set Value and enter a default value for each report parameter. The value you set replaces the question mark that initially appears.
Disabling the prompts is useful when you are fine-tuning a report layout and wish to quickly switch between the Layout window and the Report window without entering report parameter Values each time.
