Using the Toolbar and the Status Bar

To enable the Production Reporting Viewer toolbar, select View, then Toolbar.

You can perform the following functions using theProduction Reporting Viewer toolbar:

Open a report
Print a report
Email a report
Copy selected text or graphics
Search for a text string
Zoom in or Zoom out
Move to the first page
Move to previous page
Move to next page
Move to the last page

To enable the Production Reporting Viewer status bar, select View, then Status Bar.

The status bar displays the number of the page currently displayed. For example, if you are viewing page 4 of a 15-page report, the status bar displays "4/15." If you are in Print Preview, the status bar also shows what pages are displayed. For example, if you are viewing pages 3 and 4, the status bar displays "Pages 3-4."

As you move the mouse over the menu options, a brief description of each option displays in the status bar. (This description appears in normal view, but not in Print Preview.)
