You can select text and graphics from an SPF report and copy them to the clipboard. You can then paste the selection into many other applications.
To copy text or graphics:
Click in the Viewer and drag the cursor to make the desired selection. (To de-select, click again anywhere on the screen.)
Production Reporting Viewer highlights the selection and displays "handles." Drag these handles to resize your selection.
Select Edit, then Copy.
Paste the selection into another application such as a word processor or spreadsheet.
If the selected area contains graphics only, it is pasted as a bitmap. If the selected area contains any text, Production Reporting Viewer attempts to convert the text from bitmap to text. In this case, you can paste either the bitmap or the converted text.
