Saving Reports

*  To save an SPF file to another location or with another name, select File, then Save As.

Save in

The drive and directory in which to store the file.

File Name

The new report name.

Additional SPF files have the extension Snn, where nn is 01, 02, etc. For example, you may have a report named MYREPORT.SPF and a subset of this report named MYREPORT.S01.

Save as Type

Normally, only the Viewer Files (*.spf) option displays here. You can only view SPF-formatted through Production Reporting Viewer.

Network

(Depends on Windows setup) Opens the Connect Network Drive dialog box so that you can make a connection to a network drive.
