To control how a report prints, select File, then Print.
Note:
Before printing a report, you must set up the printer.

| Option | Description |

Printer | Name of the active printer and printer connection. You can select another printer from the drop-down list of configured print devices. |
Properties | Printer settings for the selected printer. Available options vary depending on the printer driver. Click Properties to define printer-specific properties. |
Print Range | The pages to print. All prints the entire report. Pages prints the pages specified. |
