Emailing Reports

*  To email a report:

  • Click the Send button on the toolbar.

  • Choose File, then Send.

    Production Reporting Viewer launches your email and sends the open SPF report to the user you specify. Production Reporting Viewer sends the report as an attached file.

    You must configure your email system to support MAPI (a messaging application programming interface). If you have trouble sending an SPF report, your email may not be configured properly. Consult your email administrator.

    Note:

    The following entry is required in the Win.ini file in order for Oracle's Hyperion® SQR® Production Reporting to enable the SEND option.
