To update data forms, menus, reports, and task lists:
Satisfy the requirements. See Prerequisites.
Migrate composite forms, custom menus, task lists, data forms, data load settings, and user variables from the 11.1.2.1 test application to the 11.2.1.0 application:
On the 11.1.2.1 test environment, log on to Oracle's Hyperion® Shared Services Console as an administrator.
Expand Application Groups, and select the new 11.1.2.1 application in the 11.1.2.1 test environment.
Expand Configuration, and then select Data Load Settings and User Variables.
Expand Application, expand Global Artifacts, and then select:
Composite forms
Custom menus
Task lists
Ensure that Application Group and Source Application reference the 11.1.2.1 application.
On Destination, select the 11.1.2.0 application, and then click Next.
Click Execute Migration, and then click Migration Status Report to track the migration process.
Import the reports in to the 11.1.2.0 application:
Log on to EPM Workspace as a Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting, Fusion Edition administrator.
From the list of folders, select the 11.1.2.0 application.
Select File, then Import, and then Financial Reporting Documents.
Import reports from the DES files in the temporary directory; overwriting the existing reports.
After importing all reports, select the reports, select Tools, and then select Change Database Connection to map the reports to 11.1.2.0 test application data source.
