Specifying Salary Grade Defaults

Define salary grade defaults to apply to the positions, employees, or jobs in your entity.

  To define salary grade defaults:

  1. Perform steps 1 to 5 in Maintaining Position Defaults by Entity.

  2. Perform any task:

    • Add step, value, or rate-based salary grades by right-clicking, selecting the grade type, and seeing Defining Salary Grades.

    • Modify salary grade defaults.

    • Remove salary grade defaults by right-clicking, and then selecting Delete.
