Deleting Positions

You can only delete new and initialized positions.

  To delete positions:

  1. Select View and then Basic Mode.

  2. Perform the task for your budget detail:

    • Expand Manage position and employee data, and then select Maintain position data.

    • Select Maintain position data.

  3. In the POV, select the Year, Scenario, and Version.

  4. From Page, select the HR organization in which the position exists, and then click Go.

  5. Right-click the position, and then select one:

    • Delete position for a specific version—Delete the position from a particular budget.

    • Delete position across all versions—Delete the position in all budgets.

  6. Specify when to delete the position.
