After making revisions, recalculate the overall budget to review updated data before submitting revision requests for approval.
To calculate revisions:
Select Budget Preparation, and then Manage revision requests.
Right-click revisions, and then select Recalculate Revision.
In Revision Amount, review the updated budget expense displayed.
