To configure preconfigured folders for Broadcast Messages, add them to the Broadcast Messages folder.
To add folders to Broadcast Messages:
In Explore, select Broadcast Messages.
Tip:
To view the Broadcast Messages folder, select View , then Show Hidden.
Select File , then New, and then Folder.
Enter a folder name and click OK.
The folder you created is displayed in Broadcast Messages in Explore.
