Integrated Operational Planning Release 11.1.2.1.1 supports the following operating systems:
· Windows 2003 Server with the latest patches
· Windows 2008 Server Release 2
· Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 without data collection features
Integrated Operational Planning Release 11.1.2.1.1 supports only English.

If the Excel client crashes during operation, the last session state layout is not saved. The initial layout goes back to the default layout. |
Launch Excel by choosing one of the following:
· In Excel, select Tools, then Macros, and then Security. Go to Trusted Publishers and select Trust all installed add-ins and templates.
· Excel 2003 only: In Excel, select Help, then About Microsoft Excel and select Disabled Items for Ambassador. If it is already selected, select it again.
· In Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Oracle SOP Excel Control.
Hint: You may have to close all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Internet Explorer.
· In Internet Explorer, select Tools, then Internet Options, and then delete cookies and files.
