You can set up the Out of Office Assistant to reassign planning units that arrive while you are out of the office.
To set up the Out of Office Assistant:
From the Planning ribbon, select Approvals.
From Manage Approvals, select a Out of Office Assistant.
From Out of Office Assistant, select I am Currently Out of Office.
From Select Action, select an action and next owner for planning units that arrive while you are out of the office.
Optional: enter an annotation.
Click Submit.
