A pinboard series enables drilling from one pinboard to another. You create the first pinboard in the series and use the Pinboard Designer shortcut menu to designate subsequent pinboards. The subsequent pinboards are generated using the children of the previous pinboard's pins. If the current pinboard represents the dimension bottom, no subsequent pinboard can be created in this series. See Creating a Pinboard Series.
