Preference files can be shared among users to utilize as their active preferences.
To enable user access to shared preference files:
In Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Workspace, Fusion Edition, navigate to a preference file, right-click it, and select Properties.
In Properties, under General Properties, click Edit Permissions.
Assign users, groups, or roles to the file (in the same manner as you would permissions to repository objects).
