The Answer Logic tab to configure the exactness required for challenge question answers is shown. It shows:

• The Online and CSR Phone Challenge authentication types

• The Online authentication type which provides controls for enabling common abbreviations, keyboard fat fingering, and phonetics

• The Offline authentication type which provides controls for enabling common abbreviations, keyboard fat fingering, and phonetics
