Available Actions menu actions

The Results Table Actions menu can include options for printing, exporting, and comparing results. Users can also refine data and pass parameters to external URLs.

The available actions for the Results Table Actions menu are:

Action	Description
Print	Allows users to print the table. The Actions menu can only contain one Print option, which is included in the menu by default.
Export	Allows users to export selected rows or the entire table to a spreadsheet. The Actions menu can only contain one Export option, which is included in the menu by default.
Compare	Populates the Compare component to allow users to do a more detailed comparison of selected records. The Actions menu can only contain one Compare option, which is disabled by default. If the view used for the Results Table does not have any identifying attributes, then the Compare checkbox is disabled and locked.
Pass Parameters	Allows users to create a hyperlink that generates an HTTP POST request containing attribute values from the selected records as POST parameters. The Actions menu can contain multiple Pass Parameters options, each with a different label, URL, and parameters. By default, there are no Pass Parameters options in the menu.
Refinement	Allows users to refine the data using selected attribute values from the selected records. The attributes must allow multi-assignment. For example, users could select three records and then refine the data to only include records that have values for available colors and available sizes that are used in those selected records. The actions menu can contain multiple Refinement options, each with a different label and attributes. By default, there are no Refinement options in the menu.
