Grant Schedule Manager and Custom Calendar Permissions to Users
Once the Schedule Manager is active in a shell, you need to grant user permissions to the manager and the custom calendars.
To grant user permissions to the Schedule Manager

Open the shell where the Schedule Manager resides and switch to Admin mode. |

In the left Navigator, click Access Control. |
|

In the right pane, under User Mode Access, click Schedule Manager. The Permission Settings window opens. |

In the Permission Settings window, click the Add button. The User/Group Permissions window opens. |
|

Click the Add Users/Groups button. The User/Group Picker opens. |
|

Select the user(s) to whom you want to give permissions and click the Add button. Unifier adds the name(s) to the Permission/Access Control window. |

Under Permission Settings, select the permissions you want to grant the user(s) and click OK. Unifier adds the name(s) to the Permission Settings window. |
To grant user permissions to the custom calendars
|

In the right pane, under User Mode Access, click Schedule Manager > Custom Calendar. The Permission Settings window opens. |

In the Permission Settings window, click the Add button. The User/Group Permissions window opens. |

Click the Add Users/Groups button. The User/Group Picker opens. |

Select the user(s) to whom you want to give permissions and click the Add button. Unifier adds the name(s) to the Permission/Access Control window. |

Under Permission Settings, select the permissions you want to grant the user(s) and click OK. Unifier adds the name(s) to the Permission Settings window. |
