Troubleshooting Monitoring and Logging

This section provides the following information about setting up logging for the Geographic Edition software.

To set logging, use the following command:

# cacaoadm set-filter com.sun.cluster.agent.geocontrol=FINEST

To set logging so that it persists across cacao restarts, include the -p option, as shown in the following command:

# cacaoadm set-filter -p com.sun.cluster.agent.geocontrol=FINEST

To list all Geographic Edition-related modules for which you can set the FINEST filter level, run the following command:

# cacaoadm list-filters | grep geo | sort

For more information, see the cacaoadm(1M) man page.
