The Developer has a fully functional Sound Editor built in to the Topic Editor. You can edit sound frame by frame or across frames on a topic or edit the sound on a web page using the Sound Editor toolpane.
Note: Each time sound playback or recording is started, the Sound Editor checks to see if the playback and recording device last used are still available. If the device is no longer connected, a warning message displays. You can reconnect the device and click OK or click Cancel to launch the Sound Tuning Wizard. See Adjust Sound Controls in the Enhance Content with Sound chapter of the Content Development manual for more information on the Sound Tuning Wizard.
